Confiscated Rigs

So I was just thinking about jumping illegal stuff, but my thoughts scared me on getting my rig taken away....Then a question popped into mind.

What do the authorities do with rigs that they confiscate? Do they keep them, trash them, or hold auctions like they do with drug cars?

Anyone know?

If they do hold auctions it might be a good time to pitch in and get the rightful owner the rig back, FTP!
