Good vibes sent his way for a speedy recovery.
Just want to point out the importance of wearing body armor, most importantly the helmet for all those who choose not to wear at least a helmet. You never know but even on "safe" jumps shit can go wrong and VERY fast.
Chances are on this jump the outcome would have been different had he not been wearing his body protection.

I am just now hearing about this incident, and I am deeply concerned and saddened by the news. Moose is a good guy, and I wish him a full and speedy recovery. Stay strong Steph!

I worked with Scott and Steph at the BD exits ramps last year. They are great people who need our support as much as we can. Stay strong Steph, and get him home.Wake up Scott!!

Fundraiser in Boise last night for Moose. Story below:
http://www.idahostatesman.com/newsup...ry/779033.html
I was downtown last night rallying my running friends to empty their pockets for Moose....in return I paid for all their drinks while we celebrated Katie's 30th bday....You won't believe what my bar tab was even if I told you.
I just stopped up to see Steph and Scott at St. Als in Boise and ran into the Boise fire dept. captain that was running the show last night. Over $2,700 was raised and he said there is still more cash/calls coming in.
Then the GREAT news....Moose and Steph were getting on a Cessna Citation jet as we spoke bound for the east coast. It happened very fast and the family was very excited and relieved!
Best to Moose and Steph during his treatment back home!
what type of body armor was he wearing and what type of helmet do you think would provide better protection?
Seems like someone mentioned a pro-tec helmet. I'm sure someone who was there can chime in.
