TARD BASE ?

Ok, I'll bite, after reading up on McConkey's and the such,
I've come across the word 'tard' & 'tardmaster'.

After a search, I'm as in the dark as when i started,
i could have simply asked someone online,
but thought that there must be other newbies as curious as myself.

There is a technical name for it - but I much prefer the "ReTARD" version!!!!

The ReTARD is a TARD cutaway (like a McCutaway, except the first canopy is deployed as a TARD, rather than a McConkey). :P
