Base Fatality Statistics

Looking for the number of fatalities per number of Base jumps. Nobody really knows how may jumps are taking place so I realize that the only accurate numbers would be from BD statistics and other legal Base demo's, comp's , etc. Any information whether documented or just an educated guess would be appreciated. Legal sites in Italy and Norway are in question right know and this information may be useful when fighting for access or keeping access.
