Interested in learning about BASE excursuions or trips that may involve multiple jumps over a few days. Does anyone offer anything like this? if so where?

Your best bet is to contact the gear manufacturers, since they all run courses and/or guide trips.
I believe the BR has the most organized "guide" type trips (see there web page for information on their upcoming Norway trip):
Basic Research
236 E. 3rd St. Unit D
Perris, CA 92570

You could also try Vertigo or CR as they can also consult/guide for expeditions:
Consolidated Rigging, Inc.
4321 Anthony Ct. #6
Rocklin, CA 95677
(916) 652-8111
cr@crmojo.com

Vertigo Base Outfitters
PO Box 1304
Moab, Utah 84532

I know that Gravity Sports, Ltd has also guided expeditions in the past, but I believe they've given that up as a result of various legal problems.

Other expeditions, to particular sites, are run by Aerial Extreme (cave BASE) and Aerial Focus (the world's highest waterfall).

Note that none of these people (or any other responsible instructor) will be willing to teach/guide you unless you have reached an appropriate level of experience. So, if you are not already an experienced skydiver, you'll need to start by making a few hundred skydives. If you are, but you're not already an experienced BASE jumper, you'll need to start with a course of instruction from one of the above (or another good instructor).
I am not willing to answer your direct question (i.e. what are the best sites in the nation/world) without more information about you, your experience level, and your intentions.

John:
After perusing your website:

I am forced to conclude that BASE is not an activity that would fit in with what you do. It looks to me like you're essentially marketing high priced "adrenaline" vacations to fairly wealthy clients.
Unfortunately, BASE is not an activity that can be picked up in a nice "excursion or trip that may involve multiple jumps over a few days." It is the kind of thing that takes a significant amount of time, training and dedication to do safely.
I'd guess that trying to expand a commercial venture like yours into this area will only result in serious injuries or fatalities to your clients, which would be bad for them, bad for you, and bad for BASE.
If I've read your intentions wrong, feel free to post here, or email me privately, and explain what you're really trying to do.
