Hey,Mister Kinda
There are a lot of us poor slobs out here whom you might classify as "Bridge Day Wannabees" who would like more opportunities to learn more about BASE, and more opportunities to jump than just Bridge Day. Unfortunately, many of us live in the real world of work and bill-paying, hampering our ability to go and do some of the things we would like to do.
I personally use a fair portion of my annual vacation to do Bridge Day. For this, I feel that I owe no apologies. If I had everything I want, I could get myself into a lot of trouble!
My point is this: consider yourself lucky to have the nearby objects and the wherewithal to have access to them. Just don't imply that someone who is less fortunate is somehow less entitled than you are.

less entitled?? hum... more likely to bounce perhaps, which should be done on one's own turf. It is very bad etiquette , repeat...bad bad... to die on someone else's propertI. The iron in heme will kill the grass dammit. Therefore, if one comes to my locale and bounces, one WILL BE SHOT ON SITE, right through the open fractures, fillet of liver, splenic pate', and bladder burger. Next, will be then tossed into the river, soon to be a catfish turd. Well, anyhow, have a pleasant day, and above all, have fun. :-) On a cheerful note, kudos to the screw for at least looking for a hook-up, it can save a life in a novice jumper.

Hey Screw
The man is right. We Southern guys would do better to try to get some training from the BASE experts out West. Marta used to be based in FL but is now in Utah, I believe. There are plenty of cool guys and gals in the BASE business, and I hope to go out there one of these days and get some of their mojo. Right now, I don't even have a BASE rig, so it's all academic.
