I almost went in just now on something that resembles like part of a circle in a NP in this area. I can't believe how relaxed on safety and packing I was. I hurried a pack job because the moon and the night was perfect. my pilot hesitated for what seemed like 5 seconds and what was already going to be what I consider low. I didn't even make the meadow. I probably had like 25 seconds under canopy(I don't like this when faced with terminal) and landed in the rock piles at the bottom of the object. What could I have differently to insure a speedy delivery?

This is a strange posting, by either a true "Internet TROLL", or a very bored and clueless BASE-jumper. I will not remove this posting, because It does not really hurt anyone as far as names are concerned.
The issue here is that this person does not know his/her true facts about the object they are talking about. This is why everyone should know that this is a troll posting, not one with merit.

    Have fun....

BTW. Anyone who has a 5 second PC hesitation on a base-jump, should take up kyaking.

How many times do I have to say it? Always cock your pilot chute. And make sure your cypres is turned on. If this happens again and you get hurt then try to find a large rock to slither under. Take a nap and when you awake, the healing powers of "part circle" rock will have mended you.
Be carefull out there, we dont want to lose you!
