I'm writing a paper on why BASE jumping should be legal in state parks for my Eng 201 class. I want to do a survey. Here is my question:
If you could BASE jump legally in state parks with the knowledge that if you were critically injured, no one would make the effort to come and save you, would you still?

BASE jumping IS legal in many state parks. It is the entire NATIONAL park system (NPS) where jumping is prohibited by imperial decree.

Please make sure you check with all 50 states before you suggest that all of them have the same dfiscriminatory policies as the U.S. federal government does.

Maybe you should ask if you had to buy a permit and post a bond which would be forfeit in the event you have to be taken out following an accident.:+
