It is cold, wet, snowy, and windy here now.
It is supposed to warm up some by Saturday.
I picked the wrong week to show up!

Well, having reported the morning weather above posting as WX Report, I drove down to the bridge to take a look. As I turned into the parking lot, a hole appeared and the wind dropped off. I took a look and carefully considered for about 1/4 second - "Hey, I can do this".
There was about a 2 hour window where the wind was down to about 6 to 10 out of the SW. Made a jump, hiked out, then hiked to the top back to the parking lot, got my car and drove down to the park. The grass was dry enough to pack so I did. If you had 2 or 3 rigs, you probably could have done 2 or 3 jumps - if you had a boat and/or a car shuttle back to exit etc. As it was, the wind began to come up over 10 and I ran into rain mixed with some light sleet coming back to the motel. The temp was about 40. This might be the only break for a couple of days, or, being Perrine, it may happen again tomorrow.

But it ain't a total loss!! Less snow so far than Salt Lake City, thats for sure.
