Contact the authorities in charge of the area where you would like to jump and request a permit. If you are granted one, let me know.

I wanna do that too! How neato it would be.
I don't want to stop there, how about when the jump is over, I climb back up El Cap. Without any instruction of course. Maybe some climber can just tow me up!
Then maybe we can go diving under the polar ice cap without any instruction....

Theres a guy from paraguay has done this for a number of people in your position. It wont be legal but that will just add to the whole experience for you. NPS wont give you a permit but that guy from Paraguay would be up for a bandit tandem from Yosemite.
Are there other cliffs .. that are legal .. in the United States? Any suggestions on how to connect with this person. HaHaHa there IS the possibility that I may only want to get close and watch. :)
