Protect yourself, your loved ones, and your employees with HOPE
    and peace of mind."
"HOPE is a user friendly escape system designed for personnel untrained in parachuting."

Anne Helliwell, President of Aerial Egress, Inc., makes the very first live HOPE test jump.
The Best Defense in any Disaster is Escape . . .

From the company that revolutionized the sport of fixed object jumping (parachuting from buildings, cliffs, antenna towers, and bridges) comes a completely new life saving device for people who work or reside in high rise buildings and towers. Recent tragic events have shown a need for quicker methods of evacuation and Aerial Egress, Inc. is providing a system that can do the job.

This is NOT "off the shelf" BASE jumping equipment like others are offering, which without training, won't fill the need for a simple to operate system. In fact, we don't sell standard sport equipment to anyone without 150 prior parachute jumps. WE are the ONLY company offering a high rise escape system built completly in house by people who actually make these types of jumps on a regular basis. HOPE is entirely new and designed from the ground up specifically for high rise evacuation.

"HOPE is a one-time use parachute system designed for escape from high rise buildings in the event personnel, in imminent danger, can not be evacuated in any other manner."

This includes most buildings, hotels, or towers above 100 feet (approximately 10 stories). The system is portable, lightweight and very small. When an emergency situation develops HOPE can be deployed in a matter of minutes. After donning HOPE, much like a life jacket, with the addition of chest and leg straps, and connecting HOPE's steel static line cable to a desk, other heavy object, or fixed strong point, the system is ready for use and you can now evacuate.

Emergency exits can be made through any open portal, window or rooftop above 100 feet. The static line will automatically begin the deployment sequence of a specifically designed round parachute. The system comes with a printed Owner's Manual that shows you how to activate, store and care for the system. We can also provide technical representatives to explain the use of the HOPE at your company location. To learn more about HOPE please look through the list of links on the left and feel free to call us at (909) 940 1324 to discuss your needs.

Give yourself and loved ones HOPE

That is too funny. I heard she smashed into the rocks during the test jump.

I'm assuming the hope system doesn't have 3-ring assemblies. Thank goodness because they might have failed on opening too!

Take a close look at your gear folks. It really sucks when your 3-rings fail after opening!

    No, this didn't happen again.

This has been addressed in prior postings. There is no news on the premature cutaway incident, and there have been no new incidents. Please look in the history of this topic to see the official response of the manufacturer involved. (Basic Research).

Yeah, she's a tough little bird...But obviously got more gumption than most...She walked away from a jump on a HOPE round at the Perrine while landing in a boulder field on the other side because the system in question does NOT have a three ring, or even a second riser. The HOPE is unsteerable for those untrained users stuck in a situation where they will either burn to death or give themselves another chance with a little HOPE...parachute system...

Hey, whatever happened with the guy that had a 3 ring failure? Does he still have the gear? Is it still being jumped? Or did he eventually learn how to properly configure a 3 ring on a BASE rig???

    Just Wondering...

I've seen that boulder field on the other side -- that's really impressive if you can land there with a round and walk away without any real injuries!
