mem day fun at twin falls

yahoo muff muff muff it was a fun time at twin falls this mem day weekend and the weather was great for most of the time . i also must comment on all of the grat vibes between other jumpers what with helping each other in any way possible ,firewireing videos back and forward and the great interaction with the local folks who came out to watch and ask questions and the eagerness to answer them and be courteous . i also saw a lot of people going around picking up trash no matter who!s it was it was great to see and i know it was noticed by the folks around .i also had some volunteers from the visitors center comment to me about how friendly and nice the jumpers were. only negative thing i can say is maybe some should try to hold down on some words around the public a little. i know to me the f word is just that a word that is used in many ways but some of the locals were sort of taken back by it but all in all it was a great time with several f.j.c.done and a lot of people learning new stuff and practiceing the sport. all and all thanx a lot every body myself and all my friends had a blast and are looking forward to seeing you all soon till later have fun & love each other seeya mb65 johnny gates

yes as a matter of fact i did on more than one occassion on the bridge ,under the bridge, in the parking lot ,down in the park, and whereever else we saw it and i saw a lot of others do it also. i thought it was great and i am sure some of the locals saw it as a matter of fact one drink can i picked up off the ledge overlooking the landing area a guy came back and got it from me and said he had left it there was surprised someone else had picked it up but remarked he was glad to see it . so all in all i thought the base jumpers were noticed and appreciated for what we did AND we had a real ball till later have fun & love each other seeya mb65 johnny gates coolo rodriquez

good to hear! thanks! I appreciate the effort as much as the locals do. there is much tolerance (respect??) for us as BASE jumpers here in Twin Falls, and it will go along way to getting ANY other sites opened.
