Hi Scott,
Bryan got deployed to the Middle East on June 1st. I think he is pretty much incommunicado for the duration. He said he'd try to check email when he could, but he said it would be pretty infrequent.

I am in regular email contact with Bryan. He is on a military deplyment to the middle east, but can be reached at 363ECESEscort72@psab.af.mil
Here is a recent dispatch:
Life here is quite different and it will take some time to acclimatize to the desert environment. My first day here, the temperature was 122 degrees -- in the shade. Right now, I am drinking 10 liters of water a day to cope with the intense heat. I'm sure it's hot as heck in Texas, but it doesn't quite compare to this place!
I am currently at Prince Sultan Air Base and will be here for some time (small change from Ali Al Salem, Kuwait -- my original destination). The best I can say is that even if I travel, my mailing address and email address will stay the same. There are restrictions for both regular mail and email. Please do not send any chain mail or jokes through email. Please do not send anything that remotely suggests sexual content. I know this sounds silly to warn family members about this, but Saudi Customs checks everything, and if there is anything that shows excessive skin, such as what you might find in a fitness magazine, they will destroy the entire package. I have yet to find out, but they say first-class mail (priority mail) takes 10 to 14 days while 3rd and 4th class takes 3-4 weeks. Email takes mere seconds...so that might be the medium of choice.
Email address: 363ecesescort72@psab.af.mil
Mailing Address:

Unit 70403 Box 3

All correspondence, whether it's email or regular mail, is greatly appreciated! I may be traveling quite often, and our days are really long here, so it may take some time to reply -- but I promise I'll get back to you as soon as I can!
Wow! I guess he can't meet us for a jump or two when we roll through town.
Thanks for the info. I'll be sure and drop him a line.
Scott out
BPS: Hope ya find a sand dune or two high enough to jump!
Come back safe...
Didn't Dead Steve find some cliffs when he was over there? Anyone know where they are?
I bet BPS would appreciate a "care package" with some site locations for days off.
