Anyone else notice a black car that looks federal hanging out on green lately?

I've noticed a strange looking Grey car hanging out there lately, both on top and over by the bottom. It's most likely some Fisherman or some Nature walkers. On one of our jumps we looked at the occupants in the Car and gave the Hello wave as we strolled by. They seemed friendly enough for us to make another jump, before we got scared away from the police.
