January Trip to Europe

Hi I will be travelling on January to Europe I was wondering if it is possible to jump Brento or Lautterbrunnen in that time of the year I went this year but it was spring , I will arrive there (either Switzerland or Italy ) on the 4th of January and will leave for work on the 14th. If anyone can give me advice it will be appreciated also if there is a group that I could join during those days I´ll be happy to do so ..
