R.W. had rotator cuff surgery today, was supposed to be home in the afternoon but will stay the night. Doc says the rock landing in the cave (broke the straw on the camels back) culminated years worth of tears. It was his most difficult repair in 13 years, leave it to a Harrison.
His apparatus holds his right elbow 8 inches from his body, absolutely no weight for six weeks, then re-hab.
The Boy loves to answer BASE related letters, he can still type with the right, would be good if he had some smiles when he comes home.
P.S. Does "tears" mean the crying thing or the torn muscle thing?
Greetings to all from an exhausted ground crew.
Joy
