This is in response to "Ddog's SkyMag Conundrum" Posted by Badenhop.

Hey Avery, why would you want to post something like that on a public forum? If you have a problems with D-dog, why don't you speak to him directly? This type of sh!t slinging only vilifies the memory of a truly remarkable man.

I've been sitting back and watching this whole drama unfold like a bad train wreck.

To me, the biggest irony of all is that the loss of someone so loved and respected by so many has resulted not in unity and support, but venomous hostility and division.

Yeah, let's just all close our eyes, hold hands, sing a happy song, and forget about reality.

    That's not what I said.

In any event, I've said what I want to say on the subject. I don't really care to say anything more.

We are all a odd group of family members in the community of BASE. I have heard this comment and it is true.. In a family group there will be Fighting, and Bickering. I don't think this can be avoided, but in most family structures the problems get worked out. Was Avery pushing buttons (YES) Where his questions inappropriate (NO)
If you don't want to read the thread and conversation between family members. If it is to much for your delicate stomach as I have read. Quote from a reply on the Conundrum thread. "It makes me Sick reading all of these divisive posts." It is a thread started by a (Family Member ) and you are FREE to take your little pointer on the mouse and click to another softer more palatable thread for your stomach if you don't want to talk. IF you feel SICK mommy will take you in the bathroom And clean you up after you BARF and put you to bed and tuck you in where it is safe. If You want a Fluffy, Sterile, FuFu, Polite place to get in touch with your feelings go to DZ.com and play. This is the BASE Board.

I don't need to point out the irony of your post, as others already have.
I will point out that you misspelled my name, it is B_A_D_E_N_H_O_P.
It is good to see that you understand the concept:

I'm with Zennie. Except that I'd probably replace "irony" with "tragedy".

I'll go hold hands and sing a happy song now.

    >>You still haven't answered the question in the original post.<<

I posted in public because that is how public awareness is raised.
Dwain was a skilled BASE jumper, and deserves credit for that alone.
The younger generation of BASE jumper needs to know who really
deserves credit for bringing the sport along so far as it has come.
The happy little trickster's antics were not of a heroic nature,
his exit from the race, for whatever purpose, need not be exemplified.
