BASE # ??? I finally got my B!!!

I finally got my Building this morning. I have already completed and met all other requirments for my BASE #. I read a post that said to send your information to Rick and Joy Harrison along with a small donation of $15...
I would like to know if this information is still correct? I would like to get my BASE # as soon as possible!
