I need a building to get the base number. Once i get it what address do I send my application to get a base number issued? Is there a charge? What needs to be sent in? Thanks.

This is Joy, Rick and I issue the numbers, glad so many folks are proud to receive them, we are proud to issue them.
For you and everyone, here is the application for a number.

To apply for a BASE #, we need the following information:

1. Name, address, phone number, and/or a self-addressed stamped envelope to insure personal, private issue.

2. Name and/or location and altitude of each of the four objects.

3. The date and time of each object, especially your qualifying jump. The time of your qualifying jump is important in case someone else in the world also qualified on that date.

4. Further information could be a typical log of jump facts from the BASE sites. Any additional personal or jump history or observations you may supply will remain strictly confidential!

On the subject of donations, we request $10.00 for issuing a number to help cover our costs for processing and supplies. There is a $5.00 fee if you would like a card with Carl Boenish's name embossed and your number and qualifying date on it. Donations are appreciated but not required!

In respect for privacy of individuals, and integrity of the BASE numbers, we will not be issuing numbers by email. Our BASE Constitution requires confidentiality. For the same reasons, a separate, personal note must be received by each qualifying jumper.
We wait thirty days to issue your number to give the rest of the world's mail time to get here.
