Airfare to Europe

Anyone know of any cheap airfare to Europe from the East Coast, USA? Everything I see into Amsterdam is at least ~$1100!

Damn, Stavanger is looking farther and farther away...

Where on the east coast and where in Europe? Cheaptickets.com has a fare of $800 NYC-London. From there it'd be a trek, but you could grab a train to Scotland and take the ferry to Norway.

Hotwire.com shows NYC-London for just over $500.

This summer is really bad for some reason. Keep looking - you will eventually find something reasonable. I've just bought DC-Oslo tickets on British for $890. Check on hotwire.com regularily, they get great deals once in a while.

I just flew from a small airport on the East Coast to Paris and then back from London for a total of $545.

When you get to Europe, be sure to check out Ryan Air. Most flights are $49 or less to most cities.
I flew from Frankfort Germany to London for $49.
It's a great airline.
