Hi Kevin,

I have a list of about 12 people who feel the same way but we are a long way from the 100+ who had purchased the videos. Based on a post from Mr. Badenhop, we decided to give Will a few more weeks to complete the project. His few more weeks are almost up. If you want to join in our joint claim, or take the lead (if you’re closer to Clovis, CA), shoot me an e-mail at tdicola@earthlink.net. I'll forward you all the correspondence and distribution lists I have put together so far.

It has been like five months and the jackass (Mr. Forshay) has only posted one flippant updated that said he would be done by January 20th. So much for that not “being an empty commitment”. Unfortunately, it appears as though I am the only real jackass. Because I thought Will was an honest guy , I paid him cash at NRGB with the understanding my video would be delivered before Thanksgiving... I did not realize he meant 2001.

I have the utmost respect for the BDA folks and respected their request to give Will some more time... his time is almost up! And, if Will is the delegated cinematographer of the NRGB event, under some contract by the BDA, then I sure wish someone from the BDA would consider intervening and bringing this nonsense to an end. :-<

im in also, donk has my specifics. If you are a california base jumper, there is an address for this guy on the order form (which i lost), any chance california folks can pay this guy a visit? anyone still have that order form address? i paid cash at the party too, and have gotten nothing but attitude. Avery does have a responsibility to deal with this since it sanctions the exclusive contract with this guy. if this guy bails then avery becomes the legal party responsible for the stolen cash. Incidently, forshay is not a base jumper, he's a disturbed opportunist. post that business address from the order form and ill go talk to him...

i don't believe Will even has the video at this point. if he did, i'd think Avery, or another friend would force him to hand it over so some one else that could do the job.

Amen, Kevin! I paid for the video, too, and still haven't received it. I was wondering if I was the only one that lost out. I guess not! I guess the real question is: Did ANYONE get a video?
