A BASE site is like a virus, you give it to a coupla jumpers, they give it to a coupla more etc........So now, well known EuroBigwall, gets jumped by a skydiver with one supervised BASE jump, then she brings skydivers and jumps in the Foehn wind (Locals know the jumpable winds), gets slammed intothe wall, heli-rescue,arms & legs broken, students left on top....who is the jerk here?
So now, there is a royal blue skydiving canopy hangin on the wall, every incident is a minus.
Many places are legal, Only because they are not publicized......Norway,Kjerag, still remains legal because of the control available protecting the place against skydiverīs misconception of BASE.
El Cap was legal once, after it was publicized, skydivers wrecked it.
