LEGAL QUESTION - WHAT IF ?

What if the exit point is in a National Park and the landing is in BLM ? Is this a legal jump ? I think it would be. Title 36, CFR does not address this. What do you think ? Who can answer this question ? And let's just say this is purely hypothetical and that there is no such site. OK ?

I know of just such a spot, and it was a bust.
FYI, $250 fine, the gear was returned.

Tell us all about it, except the site. What was the charge ? Who arrested you ? Do you have the official transcript to share with us ? I am on a personal mission to make sure that justice is not abused any more without everyone knowing about it. I want all the information anyone can give me. I think I'll write a book.
