I have been working on a film/ documentary about BASE jumping, including the history of the sport for a few years now and am looking for people to follow on jumps. I will shooting with 16mm film so it should be some pretty great footage. Think “Steeling Altitude” yet a lot longer, and with more historical stuff. I am in NY but could easily travel.

I know the community is kind of guarded about the “media” but I really am try to make a film that will preserve some old footage as well as show current BASE in all it’s glory.

There is alot of confusion about the history of basejumping. Now, the conspiracy theory have arised in Europe, and especially in not yet civilisated basetribes in Norway (Like the Vardalen Karsk&Base tribe, the Trondheim Base&Bonne tribe and the Cartoon Base Heroes tribe)...

" and to live life as an adrenaline junkie" was not ment as a bad thing. A couple of people have emailed me off the board to tell me that they didn't like that phrase either. So now I know, I honestly do want to get it right.

My uncle was a BASE jumper, and my father a rock climber, my Dad uses the words "adrenaline junkie" a lot and doesn't have a problem with it.
