Chris Maeland flew one in Thailand a couple of years ago. Jeb Corliss, Johnny "Utah", Robin (before he got expelled) and maybe others made a few flights off Petronas. There's probably more... There are pictures scattered around internet. Technically it's the same as a small cliff.
