    B= 38 floors..
    *clear landing, no wires or cables except for a couple of light poles
    *Under construction
    *Security is cool, and bribable:)
    *sunrise and full moon jumps..

    Hint, no/low winds only, I am assuming that you´re going Slider Off/down and you have got your canopy dialed in....
    IMHO, There is NO downwind side to most buildings, only Downwind/Crosswind. the side opposite of upwind is normally into the building also because of the burble. Turbs can really affect not only heading, but also proper inflation. (like in Mals)
    Why haven´t you an Experienced BASEr along as a guide? In the pioneering mood are we? spend more time getting personal help,please.

    be carefull with the wind. wind rotors may be a problem if you jump in winds that are too high. unpredictable winds are more likely if the building has a lot of other buildings near it. remember, you have about an 18mph forward canopy speed in full flight. can you outfly a narly wind?

    don't take too short of a delay (and not too long either). you will want to get some separation from the building.

    you may want to exit from the corner of the building to give yourself more room for error in case of an off heading opening.

    wear knee pads. you may strike the building. more importantly, you may have to do some strange canopy flight, in which case you may not do a perfect landing onto pavement. knee pads will help greatly there.

    wear a helmet. buildings can be difficult and you do not want to break your brain.

    Your DBS better be right!!!!!

    You need to use the deep brake settings on your canopy. If they are too deep and you have a 180, you be in VERY VERY big trouble!
    Dial it in before hand!

    Also, make sure you are very confident with the pack job you go up there with. Gear fear is not what you want on the edge.

    Mentally, be ready for a 180 with line twists. THis way if it happens, you will be on top of it ASAP!!!! and if it doesn't happen, you will have that much more juice from expecting the worst. It will keep you alive and give you one heck of a charge.

    BTW. If I wasn't on probation with "THE MAN", i would say, "I WANNA GO WITH YA"!!!!!!! ;-)
