What the hell is going on with the shipment of the videos? Will no longer answers e-mails and no one seems to know how to reach him. He has had my $71.00 since last November and I still don't have my tapes. The sorry ass excuse he has posted on his web site was good for a month or so and then it lost credibility. As far as his, "...I'll answer your e-mails personally..." promise, well that goes without saying. He hasn't answered #####. At what point do you consider your money stolen?! I'm sorry he has a new job and is busy. If he couldn't handle the responsibility of producing and delivering the product, he shouldn't have taken the money. This is bullshit.

If you know Will, tell him to call me. I'm a detective with the Newport Police Dept. 859-292-3627.

I'm with you Sleepy! By now the videos are of little importance to me. This guy has been making money with our cash all this time and not shipping a product. Mr. Forshay is a thief and I would like to feel he is being prosecuted as such. I would also like to state, this reflects poorly on the organizers of Bridge Day as well. I will not be attending any more of their events, if they will not come to the aid of the patrons which made Bridge Day successful and profitable. This crook was highly taughted by event orgainzers, and I will not trust their reputation in the future.

This dirtbag is well protected and guarded by his patron saint, avery badenhop. And curious to say one of the board of directors of bda is mick knutson. Nothing was done about everyone else's video, nothing will be done about yours. Youll get them eventually, the dirtbag homosexual will be at the next bridgeday spouting his lies as usual. If one of you is a police detective then nail the dirtbag; he is in ohio now as a pilot; though ohio'ans arent down with gay people like the west coast so he may already have gotten his. He does things anyway he pleases...so the videos are done on 'will' time.

In Avery's defense, he did forward the last known e-mail address for Will. (will@forshay.org) The registration address comes back to a Las Vegas address. I can't find anything in Ohio for a Will Forshay who has anything to do with Lemmings Videos. Although Avery can't do much about the videos, he has been very helpful and responsive to e-mails I have sent. I just wish he could put some pressure on Will for those of us who can't find him.
I want what I paid for. Even if I wanted a refund, I couldn't get it because no one seems to know how to get in touch with this guy. I don't know what happened to him "Personally" answering each e-mail "himself". If the is a list, I'm sure I'm now on the bottom!

Before I got my video (after growing too old to be recognized as the guy in the video), I checked into him. He was living in clovis, ca at the address listed on his website. This address was an apartment complex. He had already moved out. He was not listed on any phone directory for that area; however the police may have access to additional information based on "last known address". Possibly by speaking to the condominium/apartment complex management. His deposit would have to be sent somewhere. Dont worry though, next bridge day, you can stand in line to talk to him as a number of us who have received the video, still want a word with him.

where did i get my information??? How about sitting in the audience at the afterjump party/awards ceremony when the new officers were announced by harry? is first hand information good enough? If not the BDA, then what organization were you elected bod to, and announced?

Hey folks, Will is responsible for the videos and your money. Not Mick, not Avery. There will be someone (I hope) who is willing to take over the boring job of shooting every jump, in the tradition of Lemmings past. When that does happen, that person or company will be solely responsible for the videos, too. Meanwhile, some of you are barking up the wrong tree. Whether you like Mr. Badenhop or not, you can't blame every Bridge Day - related problem on him just because he is the organizer. He has no more control over Will Forshay than he has over the weather. (By the way, Avery, what's this $hit about BDA not taking responsibility for the weather? Hell, for $60, I want legal BASE jumps, transportation back to the top, perfect weather, dancing girls, free beer, pizza... oh, OK, choose three or four of those and we're cool.) As for Mr. Knutson, I believe he is a director of the IPBC, isn't he? Not the BDA. I'm sure he will post here and clarify that. And for the record, I'd love to have a copy of this year's tape, too. The girl who was making her first BASE jump on her birthday, went into an unintentional front somersault and handled it so beautifully? Priceless!

ok, ibpc. thats it. Must have been all the mushrooms at dinner that night...sorry mick. However, in terms of avery's culpability, im afraid that the bda is responsible for whomever or whatever services they subcontract or hire. Not responsible for reimbursements or providing the video, but very responsible for the future of wills involvement.And very responsible for following up on all these months of complaints against their hired agent. They have his phone and address; avery is a personal friend of will's. At every turn, avery has backed up will in all this, never seeing it from our side; telling us constantly effectively that we're all uptight, and need to let will do his thing, be it 6 months or 6 years. In other words, we're the bad people and will is wrongly harrassed for taking peoples money, making bald faced lies, ignoring people, etc. Remember, originally he thought the video would be out by thanksgiving. No matter how you slice it, personal problems, equipment problems, whatever; a video that had already been shot, requiring only editing (by someone experienced at it) would have been out long ago unless will had specifically ignored it and done whatever he felt like in his little magical fairy kingdom. He was paid, he wasnt doing it as a personal part-time free-time hobby; it is a business matter. Should will be at the next bd? No. Will he be? Yes. Why? Because of Ovary Hopenpop, the organizer and head of the bda who hired will, and subcontracts legally to have exclusive video rights to bd with, and thru Will forshay. I already have my video, but unlike everyone else who has received it, i have not forgotten the lesson taught here involving will forshay (despite his posted flowery, emotionally manipulative response/excuse) and avery badenhop.

You do make several good points. However, I believe Avery inherited Will as the "official" BD video czar. Will was doing this video when Andy was the H.M.F.I.C. too, if I remember correctly. Naturally, having worked together, they are friendly, and naturally, Avery would be inclined to believe what Will promised would transpire. However, I agree that Avery should arrange for someone else to handle the video from here on out. He would be the one to handle that, and I'm sure Will would be in favor of that, too. He knows nobody is going to hand their money to him anymore. You are right about another thing; how hard could it be to simply edit the video, without music, with very few titles? It seems like a two-day job, doesn't it? Like you, I am looking forward to this year's BD to see if anyone gets their ass kicked.

Mick Knutson is the President of the CJAA, but has no title in either the BDA or IPBC. AS far as Will Forshay and the "Lemmings" issue...... yes, Will was at Bridge Day before I ever even made a BASE jump. When Dennis, Harry and I took responsibility for the organizing at Bridge Day, we offered Will the slot he already had, "video guy". We do not "hire" him, nor do we have a contract with him. No one else has ever voiced a desire to sit there all day and shoot video. I haven't heard from Will in quite a while, 3 months. When we were in contact those few times back in February/March, I URGED him to come through with the video. I know it's an important part of everyone's Bridge Day experience. I guess the future of "Lemmings" is somewhat precarious.

See, Krys? Mr. Badenhop is a straight-shooting guy, as far as I can tell. I know he gets flamed here from time to time, but he seems OK to me. I sure as hell wouldn't want the responsibility of BD organizing. Too many people to try to please.

For those of you who have gotten your video, what return address did the box have on it? Hopefully I can track him down that way. I can't believe he hasn't responded to ANY of the postings in this group. I'm sure he's busy counting the money he has received for doing NOTHING!!!! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
