Here is some ways you can help rescind this ruling.
Get an estimate on how many base jumps at Brento.
Get an estimate on how many base jumps are done worldwide in the last 12 months.
Get an estimate on how many fatalities in the last 12 months.
Get a professional to explain the aviational laws for the Euro union.

At the moment we think this is illegal. But we wish to work with the government of the area.
We feel that this ruling is seriously affecting the safety of BASE worldwide as this place is a safe training ground for beginners.
Any Ideas will be considered.

I would read many of the postings and use some commo sense.

If you get busted up and need rescue while they are thinking wheather or not to allow us to jump at all....I sure that one person will single handedly CLOSE ARCO forever.
