HOT TIP #1: If your brake lines are outside the rings (slider down/off), then you can usually reach above the guide rings with your toggles, which will result in a little more airspeed; a little faster than normal full-flight. This is useful during a final approach to give yourself a more dynamic flare.
HOT TIP #2: As soon as you land, place the toggles back on the Velcro on the risers. This helps keep your steering line continuity straight.
HOT TIP #3: If you ever field pack a Velcro rig, put the shrivel flap on upside down. On a 2-pin rig, you can put the bridle and pins upside down as well, so the bridle comes out at the top flap.
HOT TIP #4: Dont talk to crack heads while approaching a building.
HOT TIP #5: Even if you like to use the risers upon opening, while packing and before closing the container, put a reverse fold into the toggles to create a crease memory in the toggle. This will open your toggle into a rectangle shape when it comes out of the pack-tray. You cant really use this trick with big grab toggles though.
