Riga and Vilnius locals

I will be visiting Riga and Vilnius next weekend and would like to make contacts with the locals if any.. So if you are a local or has contact information on locals please send me a PM

Vilnius probably not happening.. But will be in Riga from friday to sunday.

Is there any basejumpers there at all? So far no response, so if you have any info i would appericiate it
