closing velcro rig

All this years i used 2 pin container, now i got another rig with velcro, what bothers me is that it takes a lot of time to close the velcro down approproate,

what r your tehnics to close down the velcro rig with not much fuss around it.

any input more then helpfull

I always start the shrivel flap nice and neat on one side while compressing the canopy and bring the other side of the container over to meet the shrivel flap. make it loose at first and tighten it up as you compress the air out of it. some times i put the rig on and roll around on my back to really squish it, then tighten the velcro up. always prime your shrivel flap on the dirty low stuff.........

Can you describe this technique? How low is dirty low enough that you'd worry about it?
