Okay here is a fun thread for things that seem so obvious (or not so obvious), but your ground crew may not realize.

*Go to the bathroom beforehand, so you don't have to publicly urinate in the downtown landing area.
*Leave the party favors at home
*BE QUIET!

When the cops pull up to question why you're standing around in an adjacent parking lot, leave the video camera running when you put it in your pocket. It makes for great audio and entertaining stories. While we're at it...just be sure to attend the Splatula Rigging Ground Crew Academy. It'll teach you everything you need to know.

When questioned by cops what worked great for me, was telling them that "we are just chilling officer". Repeatedly. For about 15 mins to answer any way he tried to put the question. And he didn't even search the cars..... Now the object is known to us as "just chillin'"
