As stated in the emails you've received and read, immediately remove Team Splatula jumper Chad Peabody from your Snake River BASE Academy website. He is not associated with your organization. A Splatula attorney will contact you if an update has not been made in 5 days.

Some friendly advice would be to remove all the "instructors" listed on your site since none of them actually instruct for you. Additionally, you should not be listing yourself as living in Twin Falls, Idaho since you've move to Roanoke, Virgina 3 months ago.
