This subject reminds me of a (true) story in which most of us have heard. Some of the long time jumpers could chime in and tell the long version......I believe base428 was actually there. Some dude jumped a daisy chained, "field packed" rig off TS in moab. It open (not pretty) and I think he landed w/o incident. Fuckin' classic!!!!

I know of 3 such daisychain accidents, so it's a rather common method

Another dude (B. from TX) hit the water at NRGB, and i forgot the details of the last one - maybe somebody will fill the story in. All escaped major injury, which only proves that off-the-storage rigs are fine, no worries!
