WTF happened to the guy after opening. I am cringing from seeing how hard that opening was. Looks like he flew back into the cliff. Sorry to see that. Was this due to a loose BOC?

A word from the guy involved...

It opened down wing 180 kind of. Because of that and that is was really hard it sendt me into a 2,5 twist on my risisers. So I was flying backwards, but looking out at the landing area. And could not look up because of the twists on the risers. From now on I'm packing my pilot chute really good!
