I've found a 2/1 foreclosure condo in sunny Florida (near Tampa) 15 minutes from the beach. It has no furniture and no appliances but the price is right :D I'm in the process of getting the utilities hooked up. If anyone wants to visit hit me up. Oh yea, its in a gated community so riff-raff need not apply.
