At the root of this post lies a bit of jealousy, eh??? I, for one, look forward to jumpin' with Dwain next week in Moab. I've even got my recently deceased cat on ice to up the competition in the low pull arena.

Tom B Retires from BASE Jumping

Due to marital commitments, Tom will be unable to attend the fully sponsored BASE tour of the universe. I'd like to take the opportunity to thank the DW&TB FAN CLUB for their kind financial support of what is undeniably an immense group of talent. Its good to see you appreciate it!!!!!!!

P.S To all Tom's BASE breathren in Oz, thank you for the baby tandem harness. We expect to be able to use it very shortly. Only problem (actually, its two problems) is that we need another one for the other twin.

We are not sure what we will call our offspring. BASE #1 and BASE #2 are already taken by Phil's, BASE and Jump sounded promising but I could see problems when I yell that on exit and having my kids follow me. Other options include:

    Dwain and Tom
    Basic and Research
    Consolidated and Rigging
    Bungers and Gorgeous (Bungonia Gorge)
    Trollop and Wallis (Troll Wall)
    Wally and Folly (Wallaman Falls)
    Elli and Captain

We would dearly love to name our children after the founder of the DW&TB Fan Club but Anonymous and Coward or Gutless and Weed don't sound so great.

In his retirement from jumping, Tom is becoming quite adept at house duties, mortgage repayments, driving station wagons, and changing nappies. I on the oter hand, will get my BASE number very soon.

    All the Best.

    XOXOXOXO

It sounds like you have made some great friends in your travels. I thought I would take this opportunity to let you know how the W.A. chapter of the ABA is going. We have three jumpers who are all planning a trip to a few sights down south. Once we can push work commitments to one side we should have a great time.I will keep you posted on any new sights opened in the West.

    Name Those Twins . . .

If you have a boy and girl, it's obvious.

    Carl and Jean.
