A burst transmission from Chihuahua................ We are at the tail end of our annual Helicopter Copper Canyon Big Wall trip.
We had a bit of windy conditions, but were able to get 4-5 jumps per person in a 4 day periood. Jonny W. made his 200th, and Marta E. made her 1100th. Joey H. did his first arial. Unfortionatly Patric D. was caught in unfavorable winds and landed out injuring his wrist.
Jumpers averaged 15 - 19 second delays, and logged over a minute of BASE freefall per person. We did some cool helicopter jumps into the ranch, but were unable to jump neither the waterfall, nor the Piedra Volada.
Please contact us if you have any questions about this area. It is located in a national park, and requires permits as well as various preperations in order to jump into.
